- ransaction Processing: Accurately scan items, determine correct change, and collect payments (cash, credit/debit cards, digital wallets).
- Till Management: Verify opening cash balances, maintain strict accuracy during transactions, and balance the cash drawer at the end of every shift.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer product inquiries, assist with locating items, and resolve complaints courteously.
- Returns & Exchanges: Process merchandise returns, issue receipts, and apply appropriate refunds or store credits according to company policy.
- Store Upkeep: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized checkout counter, ensuring all transaction materials are fully stocked.
- Promotions: Communicate ongoing store promotions, loyalty programs, or new product arrivals to customers.
- Security & Compliance: Adhere to cash handling guidelines,



maintain loss prevention standards, and report any till discrepancies immediately to management.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Previous experience as a Retail Cashier, Sales Associate, or in a customer-facing role.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with electronic POS systems, scanners, and basic math.
- Soft Skills: Solid communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Accountability: High attention to detail and proven trustworthiness in handling money

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
