Primary teacher/ Mother teacher for Grade 1/2 /PRT teacher

Location: Sofia Public School, Thanisandra, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
>Teach Grade I students using child-centric and activity-based learning methodologies.
>Plan and deliver lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum and NEP 2020 guidelines.
>Foster foundational literacy, numeracy, and holistic development.
>Monitor student progress, maintain records, and conduct assessments.
>Serve as the class teacher, ensuring student well-being, discipline, and safety.
>Maintain regular communication with parents and conduct PTMs.
>Participate in school events, training programs, and co-curricular activities.

Qualifications:
Graduate with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. from a recognized institution.
CTET/TET qualified (preferred).
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Prior experience in a CBSE primary school preferred.

Skills Required:




Strong child engagement and classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching young learners.
Team player with a positive and nurturing attitude.
Basic proficiency in educational technology.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with relevant qualifications may apply).
