We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Lead Generation strategies, with a proven ability to generate high-quality leads and optimize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
Generate quality leads while maintaining cost-effective campaign performance.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital platforms.
Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing content.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Meta algorithm changes, and best practices.
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Strong understanding of Lead Generation Campaigns.
Experience in campaign optimization, audience targeting, and retargeting.
Knowledge of Pixel, Conversion Tracking, and campaign analytics.
Positive analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets.
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
Knowledge of Google Ads is a plus.
Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
