Job Overview
The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for student admissions, counselling prospective students and parents, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The role involves lead handling, follow -ups, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk -ins, and online inquiries
- Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions
- Maintain and update admission records, CRM, and enquiry databases
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth admission processing
- Participate in admission drives, seminars, school visits, and education fairs
- Ensure timely collection of documents and fee -related coordination
- Achieve monthly and yearly admission targets
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education/Management preferred)
- Experience: 1–4 years in admissions, counselling, or education sales (Freshers can also apply)
