HR Recruiter;

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates

Qualification and Requirements

- Graduate or BSc in Human Resources Management (Preferred)
- Knowledge in core Recruiting process
- Experience: - 2.+ yrs.
- Male /Female
- Shift Timing: 11am to 08 pm
- Salary :- 2.4lpa -3.00lpa

Responsibilities :

- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status




- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicating employer information and perks during screening process
- Staying current on the companys organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
- Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees

Skills Requirement:

HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews

- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Understanding of referral programs
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgment
