The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and developing of the overall operation of the housekeeping department to a high standard of cleanliness, observing all guidelines regarding health and safety. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training and developing all staff.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 Manage the daily activities of the housekeeping unit to include appropriate cleaning of all restaurant’s areas.

 Planning,



organizing, and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of patient satisfaction and high standards of cleanliness across restaurants.

 To monitor, check and maintain standards of cleanliness within all areas daily.

 Daily supervision of all housekeeping staff at all restaurants

 Recruit, schedule and train all new housekeeping staff members.

 Maintain a cost control system for cleaning supplies for efficient operation of the restaurants.
