Role & responsibilities

• Counsel students and professionals regarding International Chance Abroad, Tours, Summer Camps, Study/Work Abroad, Internship, and Cultural Exchange programs.

• Understand candidate profiles and recommend suitable countries, programs, universities, or employers.

• Handle inbound and outbound leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.

• Conduct regular counselling sessions and convert leads into successful enrollments.

• Maintain complete lead records and follow-up activities in the CRM.

• Use AI tools and automation platforms to improve communication and lead nurturing.

• Conduct webinars, seminars, and information sessions.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and student engagement activities.

• Develop and improve WhatsApp and email communication templates.

• Research new lead sources and partnership opportunities.

• Achieve monthly counselling, conversion, and enrollment targets.

• Ensure compliance with company processes and international program requirements.
