About the Role
We are looking for an experienced skilled to lead end-to-end admissions events and student engagement initiatives. The role will involve planning and executing premium online and offline events that drive applicant engagement, admissions applications and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute webinars, masterclasses, open houses, city meetups, campus visits, Startup Weekends and other admissions events.
- Own the complete event lifecycle: planning, registrations, communication, execution, attendance and post-event follow-ups.
- Manage venues, vendors, logistics, travel, F&B; and on-ground event operations.
- Coordinate with students, parents, faculty, speakers, alumni and internal teams.
- Manage event pages, registration forms,



email/WhatsApp communication and event platforms.
- Lead and manage the events execution team and ensure timely closure of deliverables.
- Track registrations, attendance, applications, offer conversions, admissions and event ROI.
- Travel across cities and manage multiple events simultaneously.

Candidate Profile

- 4+ years of experience in Events, Admissions, Outreach, Student Engagement, Marketing, Operations or Programe Management.
- Prior team management experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience managing online and offline events end-to-end.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and execution skills.
- Comfortable with travel, vendor management and high-pressure event environments.
- Experience in Education/EdTech, Admissions or Student Engagement is preferred.
