Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and technically strong Product Catalogue Executive to build and maintain an accurate automobile spare parts catalogue for passenger vehicles. The role involves mapping spare parts with vehicle make, model, variant, engine type, OEM/OES part codes, product categories, and HSN classifications.

The candidate should possess strong knowledge of passenger car platforms, aftermarket/OEM spare parts, automotive taxonomy, and data structuring practices. The person will work closely with procurement, technology, sales, and operations teams to ensure high-quality catalogue data for e-commerce and distribution platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and map spare parts to Make, Model, Variant, Fuel type, Year of Manufacture, etc




- Understand the vehicle compatibility and alternatives for the part codes.
- Create and maintain vehicle-to-part fitment databases
- Manage part codes based on OEM, OES & Aftermarket and identify duplicate or incorrect part code mapping
- Categorise the products
- Assign valid HSN codes for automobile spares and maintain GST details
- Required knowledge:
- Solid knowledge about passenger vehicle cars architecture
- Understanding of different systems of the cars like engine, suspension, electrical, cooling, body parts etc.
- Experience in handling OEM/OES/Aftermarket part codes
- Ability to work with large datasets

Preferred educational qualification:

- Degree/Diploma in Automobile engineering or mechanical engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in Automobile spares industry who handled catalogue management, part code database maintenance, etc.
