Role Overview:
The Sr. CAD Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and plans for various US-based projects. This role requires a high level of proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Autodesk Revit and other relevant software. The successful candidate will ensure that all drawings meet US drafting standards and company CAD standards, perform quality checks, and maintain document control.



This position also involves mentoring junior CAD technicians and contributing to the development of CAD standards and drafting templates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare architectural construction drawings for US projects.
- Develop complete permit and construction drawing sets.
- Prepare detailed Floor Plans, Site Plans, Roof Plans, Elevations, Building Sections, Wall Sections, and Architectural Details.
- Produce Door & Window Schedules.
- Prepare Finish Schedules and Room Data Sheets.
- Draft Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP).
- Modify drawings based on client redlines and review comments.
- Ensure drawings comply with US drafting standards and company CAD standards.
- Perform drawing quality checks before submission.
- Maintain drawing revisions and document control.
- Prepare As-Built Drawings whenever required.
- Assist in developing CAD standards and drafting templates.
- Mentor junior CAD technicians and review their work.
