Position Overview: The FreelanceRecruiter will assist with ongoing recruitment projects bysupporting the end-to-end hiring process as needed. This role isfully remote, targeting mostly the EU and Asia markets, and offerspayment based on successful placements. The ideal candidate isproactive, communicative, and experienced in engaging withcandidates and clients across various industries. KeyResponsibilities: - Maintain a steady inflow of qualifiedcandidates across different industries and geographic regionswithin the EU market and Asia market.



- Present suitable candidatesin the Staff Shop format promptly in response to open requisitions.- Manage daily communication with candidates through phone, email,and other channels, ensuring timely and qualified responses toall stakeholders. - Conduct quality calls and check-ins to assesscandidate needs, gather feedback, and make replacements oradjustments as necessary. - Promote and exemplify the CompanyMission, Vision, and Values, demonstrating company culture toemployees, clients, and temporary staff when appropriate.Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a full-cyclerecruiter, with background in sales, business development, or HR. -Proven track record in recruitment within the EU market or Asiamarket. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Post-secondary education or a relevant combination of education andexperience. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - Paymentis based on successful placements, aligning incentives withrecruitment outcomes.
