and complete information to customers using the right methods/tools.- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.- Identify customer needs and escalate issues as necessary.- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.- Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Skills and Qualifications- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.- Strong listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.- Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.- Positive problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure under pressure.- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.Spotlight- Office gym, Office cab/shuttle, WFH setup
