What you’ll do…

- Lead the day-to-day In Room Dining operation, ensuring exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
- Manage, coach and develop the team, creating a positive and high-performing culture.
- Ensure orders are delivered accurately, efficiently and to The Hoxton's quality standards.
- Work closely with the Kitchen and Front Office teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Drive revenue through menu knowledge, upselling opportunities and service excellence.
- Monitor departmental costs, productivity and inventory while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
- Continuously review guest feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the In Room Dining experience.

- Previous experience as an In Room Dining Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar Food & Beverage leadership role within a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
- Robust knowledge of In Room Dining operations, guest service standards and food & beverage procedures.
- Experience managing budgets, labour costs and operational performance.
- A natural leader with excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
