Job Description
" Experience: 2 4 years
" Education: Bachelor's degree and current RN license required
Duties:
" Provide occupational health services, including treatment and care to the site population (e.g., First Aid response).
" Manage a diversity of occupational health programs and systems.
" Manage all employee injuries and illnesses, including associated workers' compensation cases.
" Administer medical surveillance programs, protocols, logs, and screenings.
" Manage and maintain all medical supplies.
" Coordinate corporate occupational health and safety programs.




" Conduct applicable employee training programs.
" Participate in various site teams and Emergency Response activities.
" Collaborate with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S;) and HR staff.
" Work closely with site employees, managers, and supervisors.
" Drive reduction in Workers' Compensation costs through effective case management, return-to-work initiatives, and preventive programs.
