Job Description

- Collaborate with product leads and stakeholders to define product requirements and user stories.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to inform product strategy.

- Prioritize product backlog items based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.

- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product features.

- Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including PRDs, user flows, and wireframes.

- Track key product metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and guide iterative improvements.

- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of agile development processes.

- Communicate product updates and roadmaps to internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Identify and escalate risks or blockers to ensure smooth product delivery.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.





- 2–5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role within the technology industry.

- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC processes.

- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar project and product management platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making and metrics tracking.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

- Familiarity with UX principles and user-centered design practices.

- Experience with API documentation, technical specifications, or working with software development teams is a plus.
