Job Summary

RAKSH BIO SCIENCE is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, sound accounting knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively in Hindi. The candidate should be capable of handling routine accounting activities while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally.

- Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.

- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.

- Generate invoices and maintain accurate billing records.

- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS as required.

- Assist in GST-related documentation and record maintenance.

- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and supporting financial documents.

- Coordinate with auditors, vendors,



and internal departments when required.

- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime.

- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

- Knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

- Basic understanding of GST and statutory compliance.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Hindi speaking is mandatory; Tamil and English communication will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile
- B. Com, M. Com, or equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.

- 2 to 3 years of experience as an Accountant.

- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Hindi speaking candidates are preferred.
