About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact and follow up with student leads generated through various marketing channels.
2. Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, including universities, courses, countries, visa processes, scholarships, and intake options.
3. Understand students' academic profiles and career aspirations to recommend suitable universities and programs.
4. Convert enquiries into successful applications and admissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents through regular follow-ups.
5. Manage leads efficiently using CRM, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication platforms.
6. Achieve monthly counselling, application, and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the admissions and documentation team to ensure a smooth application process.
7. Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service throughout the student journey.
