seeking energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our
team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of
our passengers while they are at the airport. Responsibilities: -
Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, departure gates, and baggage claim areas - Check passengers' tickets and travel
documents to ensure they are valid - Help passengers with their
luggage and provide assistance to those with special needs -
Provide information to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and gate changes - Conduct security checks and screenings
on passengers and their baggage - Coordinate with other airport
staff to ensure smooth and timely operations - Handle and resolve
any customer complaints or issues in a skilled manner -
Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Adhere to all
safety and security procedures at the airport - Assist with
boarding and deplaning procedures as needed Qualifications: - High
school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer
service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment - Must be able to lift and move heavy luggage -
Knowledge of basic computer skills - Willingness to work flexible
hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Prior experience
