We are seeking a Senior SAP Consultant specializing in FICO to join our agile team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP FICO modules and will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing SAP solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FICO implementation projects from start to finish.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
- Configure SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Provide end-user training and support for SAP FICO modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues within the SAP FICO environment.
- Prepare documentation including functional specifications, user manuals,
and training materials.
- Stay updated with SAP FICO best practices and industry trends.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience in financial accounting processes, reporting, and analysis.
- Ability to conduct workshops and gather business requirements effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP FICO certification is a plus.
