Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and

customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Ground Staff
Customer Service and Ticket Counter agents. In this role, you will
be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to
passengers at the airport and ticket counter. You will assist
passengers with check-in, boarding, and any other inquiries or
requests they may have. You will also be responsible for handling
ticket sales and ensuring accurate documentation and payment

processing. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the

airport and ticket counter - Check-in passengers and their luggage

- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight

schedules, delays, and cancellations - Handle ticket sales and





process payments accurately - Answer customer inquiries and resolve
any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner -
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and effective
operations - Adhere to all safety and security regulations at all
times - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Attend training

and meetings as required Requirements: - High school diploma or

equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills -
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong
attention to detail and ability to multitask - Basic computer
skills and knowledge of ticketing systems - Able to work flexible
hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be able to pass a
background check and drug test - Previous experience in a customer
