About the job

We are hiring 'Telecallers' for our interior design sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, introducing our services, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
2. Explain interior design services professionally.
3. Generate and qualify leads.
4. Schedule meetings for the sales team.
5. Follow up with interested clients.
6. Maintain accurate call and customer records.
7. Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

A. Eligibility:

1. Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

2. Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service are also welcome.

3. Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Above

4. Age: 18–25 Years

5. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

B. Required skills:

1. Excellent English communication.

2. Solid convincing and negotiation skills.

3. Good interpersonal skills.

4. Positive attitude.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
