Job Responsibilities

- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns to promote company projects.
- Organize promotional activities, exhibitions, roadshows, and site visit events.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and local businesses.
- Generate quality leads through offline marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve lead generation and sales targets.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure effective brand visibility through ATL/BTL marketing activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Willingness to travel for marketing activities and events.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
