About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager – Education Sales to expand our footprint across the learning ecosystem. In this role, you will connect with training partners, colleges, finishing schools, and skilling institutions to pitch and deploy our cutting-edge AI products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner Outreach & Networking: Identify, connect with, and build strong relationships with decision-makers at colleges, finishing schools, skilling institutions, and vocational training partners.
- Product Pitching & Demos: Deliver compelling presentations and live demonstrations of our AI products to academic leaders, skill-center directors, and institutional heads.
- B2B Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to contract negotiations and closing institutional deals.
- Market Mapping: Track industry trends, identify high-potential institutional leads, and target key regions for AI adoption in higher education and vocational skilling.
- Collaborative Onboarding:



Work closely with technical and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless integration for new partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 2–4years of proven B2B sales or business development experience within EdTech, higher education, or the skilling/vocational sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of institutional buying cycles, higher education models, and skilling center operations.
- Communication Skills: Strong pitch presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel locally or regionally for partner meetings, campus visits, and skilling center walkthroughs.
