Job Summary

WebGuruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Social Media Team Leader /
Performance Marketing Expert who can lead branding initiatives, manage social media
campaigns, and oversee team operations to ensure strong brand visibility and client satisfaction.




The ideal candidate should possess expertise in branding strategy, content planning, social
media marketing, campaign execution, performance tracking, and team leadership.

Skills & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Social Media Team for effective campaign execution
- Develop creative content strategies and branding initiatives for clients
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Handle client communication, reporting, and escalation management
- Analyze campaign performance, audience engagement, and performance metrics
- Develop innovative engagement strategies to improve brand reach and visibility
- Mentor, train, and monitor team members to maintain quality deliverables
- Monitor team productivity and ensure project deadlines are met
- Support client retention through strong communication and campaign success
- Prepare performance reports and campaign analysis presentations
- Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams for campaign execution

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Performance Marketing
- Minimum 2+ years of Team Handling experience mandatory
- Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and campaign planning
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience in performance tracking, reporting, and client management
