We are looking for a results-driven Business Development & Marketing Manager to drive growth for our SaaS products and software development services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing the sales pipeline, executing digital marketing campaigns, building client relationships, and helping achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound and inbound channels.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and sales presentations.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Manage LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and partnerships.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Track sales and marketing KPIs and maintain CRM records.




- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to support business growth.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in SaaS or IT/software services.
- Strong B2B sales and digital marketing experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven

Pay: ₹24,057.92 - ₹58,313.86 per month
