Job Summary:

Domestic IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for IT positions within the United States. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in contract-to-hire staffing, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT roles across different domains.

Key Responsibilities:

❖ Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for contract-to-hire IT roles.

❖ Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Utilize job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to identify and attract top IT talent.

❖ Client Interaction: Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and business goals.

❖ Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidates’ suitability for contract-to-hire positions.





❖ Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all candidate documentation is accurate and compliant with legal and company standards.

❖ Negotiation: Manage offer negotiations, including contract terms, compensation, and start dates.

❖ Reporting & Metrics: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and candidate pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

❖ 2 to 4 years of proven experience in domestic IT recruitment, with a strong focus on contract-to hire placements.

❖ Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

❖Strong knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and industry trends.

❖ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

❖ Ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced workplace.

❖ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
