We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process, proactively source top talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless and positive experience for every candidate. Your efforts will align with business needs, helping the organization attract the right talent to drive growth, achieve strategic goals, and support long-term success.

Responsibilities:

- Drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand business priorities and define effective hiring strategies.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify and engage high-quality and passive candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles.
- Manage the interview process to ensure timely coordination, structured feedback, and a seamless candidate experience.
- Lead offer discussions and negotiations, aligning candidate expectations with internal compensation structures to ensure successful closures.
- Manage and coordinate background verification and offer rollout processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closure.
- Collaborate with HR, IT,



and Admin teams to ensure smooth onboarding and pre-boarding.
- Contribute to employer branding through campus drives, industry events, and professional networks.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on talent insights, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record of hiring for mid to senior-level roles, preferably within IT, SaaS, or B2B environments.
- Proven expertise in sourcing methodologies, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and passive candidate engagement.
- Strong experience in offer management and compensation negotiation, with the ability to close candidates effectively while balancing business constraints.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with a structured, process-driven, and candidate-first approach.
- Experience in employer branding, leadership hiring, and campus recruitment is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
