This role is ideal for self-driven sales professionals who are motivated by performance-based earnings and have the confidence to maximize their income through successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle travel inquiries and convert leads into confirmed holiday bookings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend customized international holiday packages.
- Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and pricing based on customer preferences.
- Build strong relationships with customers through effective follow-ups and consultative selling.
- Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining a high conversion rate.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in the CRM.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in B2C travel sales or holiday package sales.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations such as Europe, Japan, Australia, Dubai, Bali, Thailand, Singapore, or similar.




- Experience creating customized holiday itineraries and pricing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Good internet connectivity and a dedicated workspace.
