ABOUT THE PROFILE

We are looking for a confident and proactive Accounts Executive who can independently handle dealer communications, payment follow-ups, account reconciliations, and resolve account-related queries. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and negotiation skills, along with sound accounting knowledge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage dealer accounts and maintain healthy business relationships.
- Follow up with dealers for outstanding payments and account settlements.
- Resolve dealer queries related to invoices, payments, credit notes, and account statements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Perform account reconciliations and ledger verification.
- Generate invoices, receipts, and payment reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.




- Ability to confidently communicate and follow up with dealers.
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
- Professional attitude and customer-focused approach.

QUALIFICATIONS

- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 0–4 years of experience in Accounts, preferably in dealer handling or collections.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation will be preferred.

- Confident personality with excellent communication.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
