- Greet patients and visitors at the front desk with care.
- Help with new patient registration and basic admission forms.
- Guide confused or elderly visitors to different hospital departments.
- Answer phone calls and explicit up general questions about services.
Communication and Coordination
- Connect patients and families with doctors, nurses, and billing staff.
- Update families on patient movement or room changes.
- Work with other departments to speed up service delivery.
- Manage VIP or special guests visiting the facility.
Problem Solving and Feedback
- Listen to patient complaints and fix issues quickly.
- Calm upset family members with empathy and clear facts.
- Collect daily feedback forms from discharged patients.
- Write reports on common complaints to help improve hospital care
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
