Nrithya Wellness is an online women's fitness brand. We run live Zumba fitness classes for adult women housewives, working women, and Indian diaspora . Small batches, personal attention, warm community.

What you'll do:

- Teach live Zumba classes on Zoom
- Follow our Class Playbook for every session
- Support recent student onboarding make every student feel welcome
- Internal activities — content creation, student communication, class preparation and other tasks assigned by the team

You're a fit if:

- You are a certified Zumba instructor or have 2+ years of teaching experience
- You are dedicated, disciplined and deeply committed to Nrithya's vision
- You are energetic, warm and genuinely love helping students
- You communicate clearly in English or Hindi
- You are comfortable teaching on Zoom and are always punctual




- You are looking for a long term commitment — not a part time opportunity

Working hours:

- 8 hours per day — Full time
- 6 days a week — Monday to Saturday
- 4 hours live Zumba classes on Zoom
- 4 hours internal activities

Pay:

- First month training period — Rs. 12,500/month
- From second month onwards — Rs. 25,000/month

Contract period: 1 year
