Real estate experience only(senior living experience is added advantage)

- Positive channel partner network in Coimbatore and nearby areas.
- Preparation of sale strategies and plans and execution to meet

Sale target.

- Knowledge of Sale Lead management softwares like Zoho,

Salesforce etc.

- Lead generation, calling, nuturing leads, site visits.
- Road shows, CP meets and other Alternate route to generate

sales(out of box thinking)

- Competitor assessment, price & market trend assessment
- Coordination with internal departments
- Management reports and other daily reports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
