Job Summary

Ritz Fashion is looking for an energetic, responsible, and sales-driven Sales & Customer Service Associate with a passion for fashion and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of fashion and be comfortable communicating with customers through Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. A major responsibility of this position is to follow up with customer inquiries, understand their requirements, recommend suitable products, and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other online channels.
- Follow up consistently with interested customers and potential buyers.
- Understand customers' requirements, including style, color, size, occasion, and budget.
- Recommend suitable designer blouses.
- Explain product details, sizing, availability, pricing, and other information clearly.
- Convince and guide customers toward completing their purchase without being overly pushy.
- Convert social-media inquiries, messages, and leads into confirmed sales.
- Follow up with customers who showed interest but did not complete their order.
- Build good relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Provide excellent pre-sale and after-sale customer service.
- Maintain records of customer inquiries, follow-ups, pending orders, and confirmed sales.




- Coordinate with the internal team regarding product availability and customer requirements.
- Keep up with current Indian fashion, designer blouses.
- Help achieve individual and company sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Strong interest and knowledge in fashion, especially Indian ethnic fashion.
- Previous experience in sales, boutique sales, fashion retail, or online customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp for business communication.
- Strong follow-up and sales-conversion skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right products.
- Friendly, confident, persuasive, and professional personality.
- Must be organized and able to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
- Basic computer and social-media knowledge.
- Must be responsible, punctual, and able to work independently as well as with a team.

What We Are Looking For

We are not looking for someone who only replies to customer messages. We need someone who can actively communicate with customers, follow up on leads, build trust, recommend the right products, and turn customer interest into sales.
