- Visit industrial customers to promote and generate business for silicone products such as silicone tubes, gaskets etc.
- Identify and approach current customers across industries
- Build relationships with Purchase Departments, Production Teams, Maintenance Teams, and Key Decision Makers (KOLs).
- Understand customer requirements by taking basic dimensions and specifications at customer sites.
- Learn and use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper for product measurement.
- Coordinate with the technical and production teams to develop suitable product solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain daily visit reports, customer database, and sales pipeline.
- Support payment follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuously gather market intelligence, competitor information, and new business opportunities.
Skills Required:

- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and dimensions.
- Eagerness to learn industrial products and technical selling.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
