Role Description:

The Manager – Strategic Finance & Investor Relations will play a key role in strengthening the Company’s financial planning, business analysis, investor communications, and capital-raising initiatives. The role will work closely with management to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and enhance financial reporting. The successful candidate should possess a strong foundation in finance and accounting, coupled with the ability to support the Company’s growth and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:





-- Strategic Finance & Business Planning

Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.Develop financial models, business valuations, and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives.Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditure proposals, and expansion projects.Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions and profitability improvement.

-- Management Information Systems (MIS)

Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports and management dashboards.Prepare monthly performance reports covering revenue, margins, cash flow, working capital, project profitability, and operational KPIs.Analyse budget versus actual performance and recommend corrective actions.Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and business analytics.

-- Investor Relations & Fund Raising

Prepare investor presentations, financial projections, business plans, and investment memoranda.Coordinate equity, debt, grant, and institutional fundraising activities.Support investor due diligence by coordinating financial information and responding to queries.Prepare periodic Board reports and investor updates.Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and financial advisors.





-- Finance & Accounting

Review monthly financial statements and management accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.Participate in the monthly and annual financial close process and support timely financial reporting.Assist in cash flow planning, treasury management, and working capital monitoring.Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.Support the preparation of audit schedules, statutory financial statements, and financial disclosures.Monitor compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and financial governance standards.Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting systems, ERP processes, and financial controls.Undertake finance and accounting projects that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification.5–8 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A;, corporate finance, or investor relations, with sound exposure to financial accounting and reporting.Experience in venture-funded or growth-stage companies will be an advantage.Financial modelling and valuation.Budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.Working knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, audit processes, and internal controls.Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency; experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools is desirable.Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
