Job Title: Key Account Manager - Dealer Solutions Used Car

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales and Business Development

Location: Pune, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Kolhapur, Surat, Sangli, Chennai, and Kochi.

Role Overview:

Managing client accounts across India, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through solid client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet & supersede results
- Develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
- Assist with challenging client requests




- Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis

Skills Required:

- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization and client base
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Graduation + Post Graduate Degree/Diploma
