JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Purpose

Own end-to-end Portfolio management, relationship growth and ensuring portfolio hygiene through timely renewals, PDD compliance, and delinquency resolution.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Source New to Bajaj relationships for Small Business Lending (Turnover up to 50 Crs) across Industries. Experience in handling customers in Manufacturers, Traders & Suppliers.
- Build a diversified portfolio offering revenues from Assets NII, Fees, Cross sell etc. Asset opportunities to be sourced aligned to the lending norms as prescribed.
- Strong focus on Credit quality. Thorough monitoring of accounts sourced, keep track on customer business and report any early warning signals and take appropriate actions as identified. Build a Portfolio which is strong and non-delinquent.
- Engagement with Legal & technical vendors & Initiation.
- Regular tracking of progress on the agreed key metrics towards delivering on the strategy.
- Track developments in the respective markets and provide feedback to the management team.

Key Decisions / Dimensions

- Recommendation: Engaging with stakeholders for onboarding of clients and setting up exposure limits.
- Recalibration:



Alignment with the Risk and Credit Team for right-sizing and down-sizing of the portfolio based on the external workplace, credit health of the clients and any other indicators.

Required Qualifications and Experiencea) Qualifications

- CA / MBA Finance from a reputed institute.

b) Work Experience

- Candidate needs to have an overall experience of 6 - 8 years, of which a minimum 3 years of experience in a Business banking role with a reputed Bank would be preferred.
- He must have exposure in lending to Retail MSME clients (Companies with revenue up to 50 Crs). Experience in handling working capital limits is preferred.
- Flair and ability to evaluate business opportunities.
- Relationship building and networking skills.
- Strong communications and presentation skills.
- Ability to get a given assignment/ job completed within the stipulated timeline.
