Role
Open recent sites, build contractor relationships, convert approvals to orders.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Site Acquisition: Identify new projects, meet contractors, get entry for technical guy.

2. Order Booking: Take PO, coordinate with dealer/distributor for supply.

3. Commercial: Discuss price, credit, scheme, payment follow-up.

4. Dealer Coordination: Work with local hardware dealers for stock and billing.

5. Reporting: Daily report of sites visited, POs, feedback. Active on WhatsApp.

6. Relationship: Build rapport with contractor, mason, store in-charge.

Must Have Skills

- Existing contacts in contractors/dealers in target city

- Street smart, target driven, good at negotiation

- Can ride bike, do field work in heat/dust

- Basic Excel + WhatsApp catalog handling

Experience - 2-4 years in Hardware/Building Material/Cement/Steel sales

Education - 12th Pass / Graduate

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
