Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10–15 Sales Executives to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance through regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Ensure team members meet productivity, quality, and sales KPIs.
- Manage team attendance, shift adherence, and leave planning.
- Control and reduce team attrition through regular engagement and performance management.
- Conduct daily huddles, one-on-one sessions, and team meetings.
- Train and mentor new hires on sales processes, product knowledge, and objection handling.
- Coordinate with management to improve team performance and achieve business objectives.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.

Required Skills





- 4–5 years of experience in BPO Sales.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Team Lead.
- Proven experience in handling a team of 10–15 members.
- Strong knowledge of team management, sales processes, and performance tracking.
- Experience in managing attendance and reducing attrition.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
