Role Description This full-time, on-site role as a Travel Consultant / Flight Reservations Executive is based in Kochi. The position involves advising customers on travel options, including flight routes, fares, and schedules, and providing recommendations that meet budget and preference requirements. Responsibilities include creating and managing flight reservations, issuing tickets, handling changes and cancellations, and ensuring accurate documentation in booking systems. The role also requires responding to customer queries, resolving issues related to bookings,



coordinating with airlines or partners when needed, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel policies, promotions, and visa or baggage guidelines.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise customers and manage end-to-end trip planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings, reissues, cancellations, and itinerary changes accurately.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive client experience.
- Knowledge of GDS or airline reservation systems (such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment are required.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or airline reservations role and a relevant diploma or degree in travel, tourism, or hospitality are an advantage.
