We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Travel Consultant to join our team. If you have robust expertise in travel operations, ticketing, and itinerary planning, along with hands-on experience in Amadeus and IATA processes, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle domestic and international flight bookings, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.

Prepare customized travel itineraries based on client requirements.

Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including air, hotel, visa, and other travel-related services.

Utilize Amadeus for reservations, fare calculations, ticketing, and itinerary management.

Ensure compliance with IATA regulations, airline policies, and industry standards.

Provide exceptional customer service while resolving travel-related queries efficiently.

Coordinate with airlines, hotels,



and travel partners to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Stay updated with airline fare rules, travel advisories, and industry trends.

Requirements:

7–8 years of relevant experience as a Travel Consultant.

Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of IATA rules, ticketing procedures, fare construction, and travel documentation.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple travel requests efficiently.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
