We are seeking an experienced ITI / Diploma Electrician to join our Production & Maintenance team at our Hinganghat, Maharashtra facility. As an Electrician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our biochar production plant by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting electrical faults, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, with experience in performing preventive and breakdown maintenance of motors, control panels, MCCs, VFDs, transformers, pumps, blowers, conveyors, and other plant equipment.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical faults and restoring equipment operation with minimum downtime, inspecting and maintaining electrical wiring, lighting systems, power distribution panels, and control circuits,



and recording daily electricity meter readings and maintaining accurate logs.

In addition, you will monitor daily power consumption and prepare consumption reports, identify abnormal energy usage and report deviations to management, and ensure continuous electrical support for smooth plant operations.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team workplace and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
