Key Responsibilities:

* Drive field sales and achieve sales targets within assigned territories

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, distributors, and project managers

* Generate new business opportunities through field visits, client meetings, and market networking

* Present product features, specifications, and pricing details to prospective customers

* Conduct regular market visits to identify competitor activities and customer requirements

* Coordinate with internal operations and supply chain teams for smooth order execution and delivery

* Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain long-term customer relationships





* Prepare daily sales reports and share market feedback with management

Requirements:

* Graduate in any discipline

* Minimum 3+ years of experience in field sales

* Prior experience in Steel, Building Materials, Construction Materials, or Industrial Sales preferred

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

* Fluency in local/native language is mandatory

* Malayalam language proficiency preferred for Cochin location

* Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven professional
