We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive — Sourcing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing suppliers to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.

This role bridges engineering and procurement by supporting new product development (NPD), localization, cost reduction initiatives, and supplier performance management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of materials, processes, and cost structures, as well as experience in supplier audits and negotiation.

They will be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive supplier rationalisation and cost optimization initiatives, and negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.

The Senior Executive — Sourcing will work closely with the engineering and procurement teams to ensure that suppliers meet the required quality, cost, and delivery standards.

They will also be responsible for monitoring supplier KPIs (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Service) and leading supplier review meetings and continuous improvement plans.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.

They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

The Senior Executive — Sourcing will be responsible for ensuring adherence to procurement policies and procedures, managing RFQs, comparative analysis, and sourcing approvals, and supporting contract finalization and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial) and 5-9 years of hands-on sourcing experience within Manufacturing.





They will also have prior experience sourcing Sheet Metal Fabricated Parts and/or Electronics & Electrical Components, and be proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel.

The Senior Executive — Sourcing will be a key member of the procurement team, working closely with the engineering and procurement teams to ensure that suppliers meet the required quality, cost, and delivery standards.

They will also be responsible for identifying and developing new suppliers aligned with company requirements, conducting supplier capability assessments and technical audits, and driving supplier rationalisation and cost optimization initiatives.
