Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner with experience in AI-driven products and solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong business analysis and product ownership skills, along with an understanding of AI/ML concepts, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver AI-based solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Define product vision,



roadmap, and priorities for AI-based solutions.
- Create and manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with development, data science, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for AI-driven products.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on insights and analytics.
- Ensure timely delivery of product features aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills:

- Robust experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, workflows, and use cases.
- Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Power BI/Tableau.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working on AI/ML, chatbot, automation, or analytics projects.
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts.
- Certification in Product Management, Scrum, or Business Analysis is a plus.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
