Salary: ₹14,500 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely collections.
- Negotiate repayment plans as per company guidelines.
- Update customer interactions and payment details in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Collections, Recovery,



Customer Support, or BPO.
- Candidates with DRA certification will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
