Core Responsibilities
- Load Planning: Match freight loads with available drivers based on schedules and rates.
- Route Optimization: Plan protected, cost-effective routes while avoiding traffic or weather delays.
- Driver Support: Give drivers pickup details, instructions, and continuous road updates.
- Client Updates: Notify customers about delivery status and arrival times.
- Compliance Tracking: Monitor driver logs to ensure they follow safety rules and driving hours. [1, 2, 3]
Job Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent; a logistics degree is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with transport safety rules and dispatch software
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
