Job Overview
Orrish Finance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, responsible, and result-oriented Senior Legal Recovery Officer to lead the Legal Recovery & Collection Team. The candidate will manage overdue accounts, legal recovery cases, develop recovery strategies, ensure compliance with RBI/NBFC guidelines, and drive team collection targets.

Key Responsibilities
*Lead, supervise, and mentor the Legal Recovery & Collection Team.
*Allocate recovery cases and monitor follow-ups.
*Ensure achievement of individual and team collection targets.
*Develop and implement effective recovery strategies.
*Follow up through Calls, Emails, WhatsApp, and SMS.
*Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer concerns.
*Handle overdue, high-value, and critical loan recovery cases.
*Coordinate with Legal, Credit, Operations, and Management teams.
*Draft payment reminders, demand notices, legal notices, and recovery documents.



*Handle cheque bounce cases and legal proceedings.
*Manage overdue legal cases until closure.
*Ensure compliance with RBI/NBFC guidelines and company policies.
*Review MIS and recovery reports.
*Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
*Identify high-risk accounts and recommend legal action.
*Train and evaluate junior recovery executives.
*Handle escalated recovery matters.

Pay: ₹15,929.66 - ₹30,000.00 per month
