Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Tele Caller to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inbound calls, providing information about products/services, and maintaining excellent customer relations. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet daily call targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products or services, generate leads, and set appointments.
- Receive inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, providing detailed information, and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
- Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and sales data in the CRM system.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics,



ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and conversion targets.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize call strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Provide feedback on customer reactions and market trends to improve product offerings and service delivery.
