Educational Qualification:
Graduate with any Government Recognized Diploma in Fire & Safety
Professional work experience:
Minimum 05 years of relevant experience

3. Experience in handling and resolving emergency incidents

Roles and Responsibility / Job Description:
1. Developing fire safety plans for building / construction site
2. Ensuring that all fire and life safety systems installed in the work premises are effective, efficient and ready to use
3. Ensuring critical analysis of the situation in terms of fire safety to provide input to senior Management for decision making
4. Reports all abnormalities, incidents in respect of setting, health & safety promptly and takes immediate actions as per SOP and/or as directed by superiors
5.
Preparing plans and executing (fire and life safety) evacuation drills and other fire safety related trainings to the team members and occupants available in the premises.
6. Ensuring an effective emergency preparedness /disaster management plan is in place
7. Supervising Security and concerned staff, assign /monitor work assignments and provide training for staff on security procedures and basic fire and first aid
8. Conducting Security investigations and preparation of Incident report.
9. Handling emergency situations with efficiency (i.e. fire, evacuations, customer complaints/ human crises etc. 10.Completing appropriate rescue, firefighting and salvage operations at a fire scene
10. Conducting Security Risk Assessment & planning effective Guarding Strategies
11. Conducting Mock Drills on medical emergencies, Bomb Threats/Search Handling etc.
12. Being proficient with security and safety devices like CCTV, access control, DFMD, fire detection and fighting system
13. Developing liaison with Government agencies e.g., local Police, Fire Services etc.
14. Preparation of MIS
